Skillzya – A Student-Led Revolution to Fix the Broken Education System

✍️ Written by: A 16-Year-Old Who Lived It, Hacked It, and Is Now Fixing It

🎓 The Problem No One Talks About

Every year, millions of students across Pakistan go to school, pass their board exams, and even top their classes.
But when it’s time to earn, speak, or survive in the real world, they freeze.

They don’t know how to communicate, design a poster, start freelancing, or even write a proper email.
Why? Because our schools are still teaching the same 20th-century theory, while the 21st-century world is running on AI tools, online income, and soft skills.

I’ve lived this problem.
I’ve seen toppers struggle to make a simple CV.
I’ve seen talented backbenchers with amazing ideas — but no platform to grow.

💡 That’s Why I Created Skillzya

Skillzya isn’t just a startup.
It’s a movement, built by students — for students.

We’re building a hybrid education model that runs inside schools, in private learning centers, and online.
Our goal? To make real-world skills affordable, relatable, and available for every student — especially those who are ignored by the system.

📦 What We Offer (Our MVP is LIVE)

Skillzya School Clubs (PKR 200/month)
We run weekly classes inside schools, where students learn Canva, AI tools, public speaking, career planning, and creative thinking.
These clubs are fun, practical, and designed in local language.

Private Skillzya Centers (PKR 1500/month)
For students who want more — we’ve opened daily learning hubs with structured lessons, booklets, and mentorship.
We’ve already launched our first center, and others are in progress.

Printed Booklets & Worksheets (PKR 250)
Our team has created short, powerful, Gen-Z-friendly booklets to help students learn in small steps.
They’re low-cost and built for desi learners.

Skillzya Online (Coming Soon)
In the next few months, we’ll launch our app with mini-courses in Urdu/Hindi — to reach remote students and help them earn online.

🔥 Why This Works

  • Students love it — because it’s real, not boring theory.

  • Parents support it — because it’s affordable and skill-based.

  • Schools are opening doors — because we offer full management and make them look innovative.

We’ve already launched our MVP, completed successful demo classes, and have 100+ paid users across our first school and center.
More schools are joining in the coming months.

🧠 Who’s Behind This?

I’m a 16-year-old student.
Known in my school as a backbencher, a topper, and a system hater — who’s now using all that experience to build a new system from inside the old one.
With the help of my small team, we’re creating something that’s bigger than just a tuition — we’re building the future of education for South Asia.

💰 Revenue & Impact Potential

In just 2–3 years, Skillzya can reach:

  • 20,000+ schools with clubs

  • 5,000+ private centers

  • 1M+ online learners

  • Annual revenue potential: $50–70 million

  • Social impact: A generation of students who can earn, speak, and survive — with or without grades

📢 Why We’re Sharing This

We’re applying to BazaarOnAir — a startup pitch program — to take Skillzya to the next level.
We believe this is not just a good business — it’s a necessary movement for our generation.

If you believe that students deserve more than just marks — support us, share us, join us.
